We see what others cannot!
Why do you want a† Professional Real Estate†Inspector and†Certified†Level II Thermographer to Inspect your†property before purchasing?†††
One call literally does it all. We offer a variety of Houston home inspection services, from Houston real estate inspections, Infrared Scans by a certified Level II Thermographer, moisture inspection to stucco inspections, and energy audits. We specialize in moisture detection in homes and buildings using the latest infrared technology. A to Z Building Inspection Services is the number one place to call for inspections in the Houston, Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands and surrounding areas.
A to Z Building Inspection Services uses Infrared Thermal Imaging in conjunction with†Real†Estate†Inspections throughout Houston, Texas. We use infrared to diagnose problems that any other†Real Estate†Inspector without this technology and training would have missed, basically because they could not see it. With the infrared camera, we have identified numerous issues including: water penetration of the roof and siding, insulation defects, plumbing leaks, electrical issues, and HVAC ductwork issues.†

We use the latest Technology. This latest infrared technology mergers visual and infrared images, allowing for easier identification and interpretation of infrared images. We can create an infrared overlay on your visual image. This feature helps to spot and highlight sensitive or dangerous temperature developments and makes report interpretation easy for even a person unfamiliar with infrared technology. See the example above. This technology allows us to see the problems before they escalate into major issues. Infrared also helps diagnose the extent of an issue. For example, moisture and mold are interrelated, the longer the building material stays wet the worse the mold problem becomes. Early detection with infrared can reduce damage and costs.

Infrared is just beyond the spectrum of visible light, beyond what we can see as humans. Infrared thermal imaging is the use of a state-of-the-art infrared camera to put heat into an image visible to the human eye.† Most building components change temperature before they fail, which allows us to observe and diagnose problems in most objects without the need for destructive discovery.
This technology, however, is much more than just looking through a camera and seeing the problem. The inspector needs to be trained and experienced with building components and equipment. Most images scanned will show some type of anomaly. It takes experience and education to properly diagnose the image.† Itís just too easy to misdiagnose an image without extensive, hands-on experience. Bill Loftus has been using Infrared thermal imaging throughout the Texas area as a diagnostic tool since 2006. With thousands of building components scanned we have the experience to identify issues immediately, on the spot.
