The increased use of stucco and stone facades on residential as well as commercial buildings invites the possibility of water intrusion if they are not properly installed. Infrared Technology can detect or verify moisture infiltration in these wall systems. Leaks can occur in these areas for a variety of reasons. Examples: The left infrared picture shows the stucco wall leaking down into the window area below.
